We started this business out of our own negative experience with a property that was in poor condition. We had purchased our very first property as couple with a young family and used all the money we had in the world to get into it. We had accidently purchased a fixer upper and everything needed to be gutted and replaced. We were in a hardship. It took us 7 years to recover from the expense of the remodel and luckily since we have help from family in construction we pieced it back together.

I wanted to take that experience and use it to help others. We buy properties not just to earn money for our family but to really help those that get themselves into a situation that they cannot get out of.
